Conversion of an existing Laundrette into 2 self contained flats. Ground floor flat was maximized to the limits with a mezzanine floor to give an extra study and storage space. Refurbishment consisted of replacement of all windows, new Victorian metal staircase and balustrades, conversion of one of the under pavement vaults into a en-suite shower room.
